About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I had the coil removed as myself and partner are wanting to try for a baby. I went to the reception were the lovely lady signed me in and asked me to take a seat.

Then Racheal came and got me after waiting not even 5 minutes. She was really nice and made it all very relaxing. She took my blood pressure and said it was a tweak high but nothing to worry about.

Explained thoroughly about the procedure and some feelings and pain I may feel after etc. Made me feel relaxed and confidential with it all and was just a genuinely nice lady and felt no discomforts with the removal of the coil.
