"Made me feel understood and cared for"

I just want to shine a light on the fantastic radiology department at Western.

I had been in another hospital for 6 weeks and I was feeling tired, weary and a bit traumatised by hospitals. Having to go back so soon after discharge was making me teary.

But every single member of staff that I interacted with made me feel understood and cared for. They empathised and genuinely cared.

Dr Reddy is such a warm, empathetic doctor and I always feel like she is genuinely interested in me as a person and not just a number.
