(as the patient),

I went to the foot physiotherapy service at Victoria Hospital. The physiotherapist, Joan, was very good at all appointments. They couldn't have been any better.

The appointments were all on time, explanations were excellent, and they were very nice to me. The treatment had helped me and I'm feeling much better. I can now go out and about more which is nice.

They helped me get a walking stick and also sort out modifications to my bathroom. They were professional in every way.
