"Not Great"

About: Colne Road Surgery

My adult son is not well but cannot quite put his finger on what’s wrong. He put in an online consultation form twice a few weeks ago and it said that the surgery will get back to us within 3 working days. They haven’t. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment when you ring because they’re all gone by the time you get through. And when asking for an appointment for the next couple of weeks they tell you the timetable is not up and it can’t be given. He works so cannot ring and get a random time for an appointment. My husband went in for an appointment and was told to take a seat. 40 minutes later he went back to the receptionist to ask what the delay was and she didn’t even know he was there and hadn’t booked him in. Even though he told her his name and was told to take a seat. It’s getting ridiculous.

I went to see a doctor and told her I have a couple of problems and was told very abruptly that it was ‘one problem one appointment’. I needed to ask why my medication had been reduced but couldn’t as it was an “additional” problem and it was ‘one problem one appointment’
