Once again thank you for the treatment my wife received.Everyone was so kind and caring and so professional,and the icing on the cake was a cup of tea and a biscuit on the NHS.

You do not mention the service you visited but as you have mentioned tea and biscuits it is likely that it relates to us in out patients.
