About: Gynaecology / Gynaecology Outpatients

(as a service user),

Had a follow up appointment at Perth Royal Infirmary and felt at ease to go by myself.

Met at the door by Donna who instantly made me feel at ease 

Didn't sit long and was in seeing the consultant ( sorry for no name as can't spell it) he answered my questions and waited till I was comfortable before doing the examination. 

He was quick and polite and it was done before I even knew it 

Was made comfortable throughout and Donna was once again a star

Thank you for taking the time to write such positive feedback with regards to your recent visit to Perth Gynaecology Outpatient department. Meeting Donna at the door and then having her be the HCSW during the appointment is the kind of person centred approach we strive for. Donna does indeed put the patients she meets at ease with her calm and chatty demenour. I'm also pleased that time was given to answer all your questions. I will ensure that Donna is made aware of your feedback and would like to wish you all good wishes for the future
