"I came away feeling lighter each time"

I have been having psychology sessions with Dr Anne since Dec 23. This service has been amazing for me. The offer of the appointment came when I was at my lowest having just had major surgery & started chemotherapy.

From the first phone call I felt at ease. I have looked forward to each session and come away feeling lighter each time. I feel heard. It has been a safe space where I can really let go and not feel judged or a burden.

Dr Anne has provided me with many coping techniques and guided me through the maze of my own thoughts. She has lifted me up and helped me to see how far I have come. I will absolutely continue to practice the tips & tricks I have learned.

I am so thankful the psychology services exist and would urge anyone struggling to reach out for their help. Many Thanks to you all.
