I was made to feel very welcomed on Jubilee Ward when I went in for my Total Knee Replacement Surgery.

Such a lovely ward, with lovely staff and the lady who made teas etc ( sorry I forget her name).

My experience was no where near how I thought it would be. It was really a warm and welcoming time. Everything was fully explained. I was told every step of the way ( no pun intended) what would be happening.

Well done Jubilee ward you are a credit to North Devon District Hospital and the NHS.

Also thank you to Mr Abed and team who in theatre that day gave me a 2nd chance to play with my grandchildren as they grow up.

I am pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay with us on Jubilee ward. We have a very good team, always warm, welcoming, and we will always endeavour to make patients stay as comfortable as we can.
