"Everything you would expect"

About: Balfour Hospital / General Medicine

(as a relative),

Parent admitted into acute services, received excellent care was treated with dignity and respect. Nursing Staff took the time to reassure and undertook tasks without hesitation.

Dr Siderfin and Toms were excellent providing support.

Overall the care we received as a family was everything you would expect.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of our Acute Services with us. We are extremely pleased to hear that your parent, and you as a family, received the high standard of care and support you described.
