About: Fife Community Services / Integrated Community Assessment and Support Service

(as a service user),

Fell off end of bed due to dizzy spell. Admitted to Vic A&E . Treated for fractured hip. On discharge  from  hospital, the care team stepped in to provide aftercare. This has been excellent from carers coming  to help morning & evening, physio  & OT  giving advice, exercises  & equipment.   Help much appreciated.
