"I would have to give 10 out of 10"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Respiratory Hub

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My daughter and I arrived in the morning at Ward 22. We were greeted by 2 receptionists Sinead and Dian who were both really professional doing a very hard job with a smile.

Next I was attended by Leanne doing a lot of work on a computer and explaining what was happening all the time. First class. When the tests were done she explained what was going to happen such as scans and blood tests and gave me printed information to read up on my condition and things to help.

Next Leanne escorted me to get bloods taken, the worst part for me as it's nearly impossible to get. But I was introduced to Cherrie, she was very nice and as I was telling her about how difficult it is to get my blood she had taken the blood while I talked!

I would have to give 10 out of 10.

Thank you for sharing the story of your experience in the care of Ulster Hospital Respiratory Hub.

It is great to learn that your quality of care and experience has been of the standard that we aspire to.

It is so important to be looked after with expertise and compassion and our team at Ulster Hospital Respiratory Hub have certainly shown themselves to be a shining example in this regard.

I have shared your positive feedback to Cherrie. Leanne, Sinead, Dian and the team who greatly appreciate your kind words and are glad to know that their contributions have been so positive and helpful to you.

I wish the best for you going forward.

Best wishes

Conor
