I attended for a pre-operative appointment prior to cataract extraction.
My appointment started on time.
Every member of staff who dealt with me, from the lady on the reception desk to the medical assistants themselves, five in all, treated me with patience and kindness. At each stage everything was explained to me and I finally left with a clear idea of what was to come.
