I was booked in for minor surgery mole removal on my face. I was very nervous. The Dr and Nurse were amazing. I did not feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly. They were kind, caring and took time to help me navigate my nerves. They were supportive and efficient.
I was really impressed by the service and the approach. It’s important that people connect to people to administer a service so that you’re not just being ‘treated’ but are seen, heard and that the time with you matters. I felt reassured and well supported throughout. Thank you.
Highly recommend.
