"Excellent service from everyone"

I had a shoulder arthroscopy as an NHS day patient - everyone I met/ spoke to was really friendly and really helpful - I was kept fully informed as to what was going on prior to the surgery and the after care - from theatre up until discharge - was second to none. I left knowing exactly what I needed to do in relation to medication/ wound care/ physio - I can’t recommend the staff/ clinic enough.
