"Prompt and efficient service"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 26, 27, 61 & 62 ) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

In February I had a fall and shattered my knee.I received good care while waiting for surgery which was organized promptly.

I feel grateful for the sympathetic care the whole time of my hospitalisation. The aftercare which is ongoing is regular and efficient.

I want to say thank you to the Consultant and surgeon teams ,the doctors and junior doctors, the nurses and nurse assistants, the occupational therapists and physiotherapist who have been working with me.

I am very impressed by the networking and consulting across the hospital services.

Neuro Science department at QEH Glasgow hats off to you too!

Thank you Nhs Scotland.
