"Met my needs with the highest of standards"

I have visited this department three times to have a TV ultrasound done. First time I meet Louise. She was very reassuring and professional through out the procedure. The 2nd time I meet Ruth again very pleasant and reassuring. I was asked to come back to seek further clarity on the previous scan. I meet Ruth and Louise both reassuring and sensitive to my needs. I feel so fortunate to have been treated with professionalism and reassuring kindness. We all complain about services not being timely or responsive but on this ocassion it meet my needs with the highest of standards. The reception staff were also very pleasant on this ocassion.
