The online booking service for blood tests continues to be approx. 3 weeks.......which suggests almost a month to await the results (request to GP).
Having phoned the helpline I was advised St Albans had a 3 week delay, Hemel, 2 weeks and Watford, 1 week.
Is an improvement to the SLA expected going forward to reduce the 'queueing schedule' process ?
