Got up to book an appointment called bang on 8, but was still unable to book an appointment. Beware no point in calling the receptionist cannot book appointments you are put down for a call back some time in the day. Once again another tactic from a toxic practice to create stress and anxiety to already sick and stressed people. In all honesty Dudly Park medical centre should be investigated and dissolved for the benefit of the persons that use it.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your feedback. As discussed with the reception team on the 31st May, all patients that request appointments are added onto a triage list. The triage list is reviewed by a member of our clinical team and the appointments are then allocated based on the severity of the patients symptoms. This has been introduced based on previous patient feedback to ensure appointments are allocated fairly and appropriately.

We would welcome you to join the Patient Engagement Group where you would be able to provide constructive feedback to the Surgery, if this is something that you would be interested please either visit our website or speak to reception for more details.
