Attended Juniper Ward thismorning for a procedure. The ward clerk was friendly and welcoming. The nurse who initially took my details was very caring and made me feel at ease and actually came to hold my hand during the procedure as I was feeling anxious. Thankyou so much!!
Then came the procedure, everything was explained to me fully in a very caring manner and throughout the procedure too.
A very big thankyou to the Endoscopy Team
