About: Weston Park Hospital

The appointment system now at Weston park is not very good . Before when the appointment is finished you got another one . Now you donot get one before two weeks before is due . Which makes hard to book blood appointment.

Thank you ever so much for taking the time to share your feedback and we are really sorry to read that you find the appointment system doesn't work very well and makes it difficult for arranging blood appointments.

We will pass this feedback on to the Weston Park team for them to take into consideration and will add an update as soon as we have feedback from the WPH team.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. We are writing with a further update with a response from the Weston Park team who have reviewed your feedback comment.

We are sorry about the difficulties you are experiencing with coordinating your appointments with current process of the next appointment not being booked until 2 weeks prior to it being due.

There are several reasons why we are not able to book the next appointment immediately for patients at the moment. The team have offered to look into this in more detail for you; in order to be able to do this and give more advice about this, they will need to know some of your personal details. In order for this to be picked up and investigated for you, please contact our PALS team on 0114 271 2400 or by emailing sth.pals@nhs.net. They will ask you to share some personal details so that they can pass this on to the Weston Park team to investigate.
