"My daughter's eye infection"

About: Shankill Wellbeing and Treatment Centre / Low Vision and Contact Lens Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

My 6 month old daughter who wears contact lens woke with eye red and green discharge. I rang shankill wellbeing centre first thing and they told me come straight up and she was really unsettled with being in pain and they still got contact out and was able get look in see what was wrong. They couldn't do enough. The stay is so good with her and me making sure I was OK. Gave me contact numbers if eye didn't clear up.

Dear guidejq89,

thankyou for taking the time to share your feedback. I am so pleased to hear you are happy with the care your daughter received in the Paediatric Optometry clinic.

I will pass on your comments to the rest of the team. It is nice to receive positive feedback and good for staff morale.

Many Thanks

Mairead Lavery
