About: Telford STaRS

(as the patient),

I moved away a couple of year ago and moved to Telford after a short while of being clean I relapsed and went completely the opposite was I was really down depressed and on a breaking point about to lose everything I had worked for.

Then I asked for help through STaRS. I was given a support worker, Caitlin, who was so supportive. I felt she took me under her wing and we started weekly appointments, we worked on lots of areas, she even gave me homework lol, but I stuck by it and gave her honest updates and reviews.

In Caitlin's care I hit 18 days clean which is my longest time since well over a year. I'm extremely sad it had to come to an end with my appointments but I've learnt so much and am so thankful for her and everything she did to help me. Thank you Caitlin, and thank you STaRS 🌟
