My Health record details are inaccurate..pathetic..details picked up by my local hospital.Details incorrect and misleading..Stated I was diabetic and suffered Chronic lumbar pain..I am not diabetic and my spinal issues are in the cervical spine..Can't even record health details correctly...Nightmare to get an appointment ..My advice.. go elsewhere..Gp s are human and incompetent
