"Absolutely first class and couldn't be faulted"

About: General Surgery / Elective Surgery (Ward 7 & 8)

(as the patient),

Where do I begin?

From start to finish the service, care and treatment received was absolutely first class and couldn't be faulted. Yes, it was a long wait time for surgery (about 16 months in my case), but everyone involved were superb and nothing was too much trouble.

Even after members of staff had already worked a 12 hour shift they would pop in to the ward just to see you were okay before they left for the night. This applied to not just junior members of staff but also senior medical staff which I thought was a level of care way beyond the call of duty.

I cannot begin to put into words my heart felt thanks to everyone. What a team!
