"Timely, kind, polite and effective intervention"

About: Intermediate and Transitional Care / Community Rehabilitation Team

(as a carer),

My wife came out of hospital having fractured her foot. She was assessed surprisingly quickly by Physiotherapist Elaine and subsequently received a care package, which included 3 physio assistants visiting each week to help my wife with her exercises. This support proved extremely helpful in improving both my wife's physical condition but was also invaluable from a mental wellbeing perspective - leading to increased confidence. My wife came to enjoy her sessions and was sorry when they came to an end. I cannot praise this service highly enough for their timely, kind, polite and effective intervention.

Dear Hotelts73

I'm glad to read this positive experience your wife and yourself had with Community Rehabilitation Service, especially the impact it has had on her mental wellbeing.

Thank you for taking time to post this lovely feedback which I'll pass onto the rest of the team and especially Elaine.

Wishing your wife all the best in her ongoing recovery.
