About: Thurrock Services / Inclusion Thurrock Psychological Therapies Service

(as the patient),

I had the assessment to find out what pathway I needed. They made the process easier for me considering I struggle with opening up due to over thinking and being anxious a lot.

I feel positive about the recommendation and hope to tackle my problems.
