"Planned hip replacement surgery"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedic Ward B23

(as the patient),

Apparently, l was one of the first operations at the new NTC facility at Royal Forth Valley Hospital, Larbert. From start to finish the experience was made as seamless and informed as possible. Starting with the anaesthetist, a lovely, friendly lady who made sure l was well aware of what was going to happen in an approachable manner. She set the tone that everyone else followed. Once back on the ward, the immediate nursing staff; Megan, Pauline, Bria, Michelle, Sophie and Skye were brilliant, and the nurses the next day were just as good; Tracy, Caroline, Jen, Maggie and again Megan and Bria. All in all, as good an experience as it was possible to get.
