"No communication"

I was referred to Blackheath by nhs . hospital Greenwich. I had pre tests i.e. swabs and bloods, one test was positive for mrsa, so I was given a five day treatment, after the five days I was re-tested and was told I would hear from them in two days. Five days latter no info. Phoned them was put through to department dealing with me went to answer phone was told by message will contact within forty eight hours, no contact. Week later still no response phoned again same response. Week later I went to hospital to try to get info. Was told someone would phone me same day. No phone call came, six weeks latter no phone calls no emails no communication. Am in limbo, unable to make any arrangements for future events until I get a date for my prosedure
