"The staff are extremely good"

About: Arran War Memorial Hospital Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

I went to Lamlash Hospital recently with a numb side (L). They dealt with me quickly and had me transferred by Redcross to Crosshouse.

The staff are extremely good at what they do and were always checking on me.

I feel that my visit has been worthwhile. 

I should be sent home soon, they have made sure that I get to the Kerry on time.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided within Lamlash Hospital and the Stroke Unit, University Hospital Crosshouse.

Like my colleague, Ruth, I am glad to hear that you were assessed quickly at Lamlash Hospital and transferred to our care in University Hospital Crosshouse promptly.

I am also glad to hear that you felt well looked after in the Stroke Unit and that you received such friendly, professional and compassionate care from our staff on the Ward. Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with the wider Team. I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.
