I cannot praise the Hospital at Home team enough.
The care, empathy and attention we have been given is amazing.
My husband has not been moved to a strange environment and I am able to reassure him constantly.
I hope many more patients in a similar situation will be as fortunate as we have been.

The team aim to treat all patients in their own home. I agree that patients can get confused and disorientated if taken out of their own environment. As a family you were able to reassure your husband which is key when someone is unwell.
We as a team are very fortunate to be able to deliver treatment one to one without any distractions and always involve families throughout the journey. I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
