I attended the A&E at the RHC today for the first time with my 3yo son.
From the minute we arrived the whole experience was brilliant. Colin put us at ease in the waiting room and made sure that my son was relaxed. Dr Stirling and her team were incredible with my son. They made him the focus of all conversations and put him at ease. The ice lolly at the end definitely was a highlight!
Thank you so much to Dr Stirling, Colin and the whole team!
