"Avoid this hospital if you can! "

Please be careful if you have elderly relatives in this hospital as you will have to chase staff around for every little thing, even to put your drip back on which takes 5 seconds to do is too much work for them! There was only 1 helpful nurse who was being bullied into doing everything by the other nurses who all sat around gossiping about other staff/patients and laughing at this nurse who didn’t seem happy

We waited 11 hours in A&E to be seen by doctors who were both very unprofessional, both doctors didn’t know how to speak with with their patients! One of the doctors kept mocking the other doctor every time she spoke which was quite bizarre. This is the third time we’ve used this hospital and will be avoiding it in future as other wards in this hospital have been 10 times worse in our experience.
