"Stroke rehab"

About: Older People Community Services / Community Stroke Team

(as a service user),

I was in church for a friendship club programme. My leg went weak and my arm went tingly and had pins and needles. So two ladies brought me to a&e. My stroke was caught on time thankfully and I was home in 3 days. The community stroke team started when I arrived home. They were absolutely 100 percent excellent. So thoughtful, caring and encouraging. Nothing was any bother. Stacey the stroke rehab assistant is the loveliest person with a wonderful kind thoughtful nature. Katie and Ronan have been so professional and dedicated in getting me well again. Im ready to be discharged this week
