"Reassured by the thoroughness of the process"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 26, 27, 61 & 62 )

(as a service user),

From referral from NHS Lanarkshire to GGC my “journey” has been handled with efficiency, professionalism and friendliness.

I required to attend multiple pre-op appointments but I was reassured at the thoroughness of the process. This was the first time I had encountered the online system to complete questionnaires. This would be really useful if rolled out throughout Scotland (maybe even as an app?).

There were a few mistakes made but all in all, I cannot recommend GRI highly enough.

Dear EllaD,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on Care Opinion.

We are so glad to hear that you have had a positive journey following your referral from NHS Lanarkshire.

I will ensure to pass your feedback on to Orthopaedic Pre-operative Assessment staff. They will be delighted to hear that you experienced an efficient, professional and friendly service whilst in their care.

Thank you for providing feedback on the tools we use to assess our patients. We are happy to hear that you found our online questionnaire accessible to use and have given food for thought on we can continue to develop these services further.

Many thanks,

Erin
