On making contact by telephone the administrator was very friendly and professionally took my personal details and that of my daughter who has some continence issues on a background of Downs Syndrome and having had bowel problems from birth requiring surgery.
This is the second time I have used the continence team's phone line to request some support, the previous time I recall was in 2022 and I have been impressed on both occasions with the high standard of responsive, compassionate care received.
My daughter has recently had a review with the continence nurse and I am very happy with the telephone and face to face consultations. I also appreciate the advice given concerning continence products.
