"So warm and welcoming"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Critical Care Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Respiratory Medicine (Breathing and Lung Problems) Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Surgical HDU

(as the patient),

Over the past 2 years I have been in and out of hospital in ward 107, 106b & 201. I cannot but thank all of the staff who looked after me in all of them wards. They were so warm and welcoming -  also understanding.

I spent most of my time in ward 107 respiratory. I would like to say a special thanks to Chris, Deputy Charge Nurse, Jenn, Deputy Charge Nurse and also Doctors, David and Joy. Also, Lynsey, Staff Nurse and Angela, HCSW.  There are more people I could mention but you were all just amazing support to me.

Dear M1888,

thank you so much for your feedback, it is really great to hear such positive words about the Critical Care and Respiratory teams.

I will make sure this feedback is shared with both teams, I am sure everyone will be really pleased to read your kind thoughts.

Many thanks

Helen
