"Poor repeat and emergency prescription service"

About: Chorlton Family Practice

I signed up for a repeat prescription service and had nothing but trouble. I did not received my repeat prescription on time. The chemist blamed the surgery for that. On Monday morning after 3 days without medication I requested the medication and specifically requested as an emergency sertaline.(this can be evidenced in the message I sent to the surgery). I later called in person at midday to ensure that the message had been received

The receptionist said that she will pass the message to the Doctor that this is an emergency so that the medication can be signed and sent to Everest pharmacy today.

I called the surgery at 5p and was told that she medication is on the way and should be ready to be picked within an hour. At 7 45 pm Everest still not received anything.

This is shocking and deceitful and not professional at all.
