"Scheduled operation"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Dept of Scheduled Admissions Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I would like to say big thank you to all the staff at scheduled admission ward (pink zone ARI) who was looking after me before my recent operation.

They were all so lovely and professional! Special thanks to nurse Rachel who made me feel so relaxed! It was an amazing experience! Ward is so cozy and clean!

Also big thanks to the operative team, anaesthesiologist, I forgot her name but she was amazing, and of course my lovely consultant Mr Shakeel!

Massive thank you!

Thank you for your feedback sambaff64. We pride ourselves as a department on our welcoming, patient centered approach, and our aim is always for our patients to feel reassured, at ease, and for it to be a positive part of their surgical journey. It is so lovely to receive such kind and positive feedback for our department, and specifically Rachel. I will be sure to report back to Rachel your kind words.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best in your recovery.
