"Patient, kind and explained every step of process"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Same Day Admissions Unit (SDAU)

(as a service user),

Very relaxing atmosphere all staff who looked after me Anaesthetist, Ms Chisholm, HCSWs, Nurse in charge, Nurses, all theatre staff everyone was patient, kind and explained every step of process. There was no waiting around from admission to leaving for home I didnt even get to finish my magazine. Ms Chisholm and the Anaethetist also visited after the proceedure. It was also nice to see how well all staff worked together they had the same respect and kindness with each other that they had with the patients.
