I phone 111 in may 2024 as I had very bad water infection they said they would contact my doctor and he would phone me next day the doctor did phone but unfortunately I missed the call I phoned straight back and they said they would let him know my doctor left me message and he said ring straight back and he would all to me they didn’t give him message and when I phoned back they said he had gone home which the receptionist was telling lies as when I went by his car was still there why would they tell lies and why didn’t they tell him I phoned back why horrible receptionist not the first time she as done something like this to me she should be sacked I’m sure the doctor doesn’t know what is goin on
