"Everyone made my procedure straightforward"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Had surgery today to release my frozen shoulder. 

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by pleasant courteous staff at the desk with admissions staff, doctors, porter, anaesthetist and surgeon.

Apologies if I’ve missed someone, basically everyone today made my experience relaxing and straightforward 👍 to NHS.
