"Staff and service first class"

I recently had to bring my elderly frail and demented Mum in for a significant surgical procedure in order to improve her quality of life as she was suffering from recurrent infections.

Mum was treated with the utmost care and attention from all the staff at RVI dental hospital. Most particularly, though, her consultant and dental nurse were so professional yet exuded such care and warmth towards my mum, totally putting her at ease.

I cannot thank them enough for all they did for Mum on Wednesday and I’m hopeful that their hard work and dedication means that Mum will not have to suffer anymore.

After spending an hour working on Mum, they even helped me get her to the car and helped her in despite getting soaked as it was pouring with rain.

They went ‘over and above’ and I’m so grateful.
