"Invaluable help from cardiac rehab"

About: Cardiac Rehab and secondary prevention / Cardiac Rehab (Armagh and Dungannon)

(as the patient),

I recently completed the cardiac rehabilitation course in Armagh after the repair of an aortic aneurism.

The two nurses Shileen and Jane were invaluable help from start to finish. They gave me both emotional and physical support, enabling me to progress in my healing process.

I also found it very helpful being able to talk to others who were going through similar experiences as myself. The program was physically challenging but still very enjoyable, there was a good atmosphere and camaraderie between both instructors and participants.
