Deepest gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service and reassurance that was provided to both myself as a parent, but most importantly my child (the patient) when visiting the GP. The delivery of outstanding person centred care was exceptional, and professional. The service that the GP provided throughout the process was above and beyond. Prompt responses, willingness and follow up to go that extra mile was very impressive and thought of. My child now wishes to thank the GP personally for resolving his symptoms, and for making them feel well again. A big thank you from us as parents in replacing the fear that he once had, to replacing it with trust and recovery.
