My young daughter attended Dr Johnson at the end of last year. She was excellent with her from start to finish. She spent time working with my child and asking myself questions to help in her assessment.
She took the time to explain her assessment. She made several referrals which she explained and I am so glad she has started my daughter on a journey for early intervention.
When the clinic letter arrived it was excellent it was so well written and I felt there had been nothing left out from the appointment. It has been brilliant in using for additional information for other services.
We are due to go back and see her soon and I have no doubt the experience will be as pleasant as the first. I have also had a phone call with Dr Johnson to check in on the education referral and she was very good at keeping me informed of the process.
Any interaction or phone calls I have had with the secretaries has been a great experience also as they are willing to help in whatever way they can.
