Yesterday I had to visit your Gynaecology outpatients department feeling nervous and to be honest terrified I was greated with a smile and very lovely lady.

I was told to sit down and explain why I need to be in your hospital as it was my doctor who sent me.

Just wanted to say how kind and caring your team was and as I cannot mention any names and to be honest everything was a blur and I never remembered.

So I wanted to say if any patient is worried about going for treatment they will be cared for like I was yesterday.

Thank you once again for your caring, kindness and professionalism in the job that you do to help us all.

I could not of had any better treatment anywhere else.
