Anything else?
I recently 12nov 2013 had a knee realignment operation which I was extremely nervous about. I needed to spend four days in hospital & during this time Imeet all sorts of different areas of staff. From fantastic surgeons to anthesiatis to x rays department, cleaners, nurses, volunteer shop workers, physiotherapists everyone was amazing. They kept my dignity what at times was hard, made me laugh, supported me when down, listened to my needs evolving me all the way. I couldn't of had better survices if id been private. Long recovery a head so will b returning soon so will keep u updated. One negative point was onenight nurse who was so rude told me to "hurry up "when trying to walk to toilet as she was busy with taking blood pressures. The same nurse was rude when need assistance to toilet what being honest is never easy & try to keep my dignity for a nurse to say"dont know how u can do that, i'm not holding yourleg thats so wrong" found rather upsetting. Must not focus on her to much as honestly the staff& treatment I received other than one was outstanding thank u to all the team as for the one nurse u should b ashamed of yourself.
