"Care and compassion"

Recently I attended Airdrie health centre for a coil change via the sexual health team. I was seen by Elaine and Victoria who were phenomenal.

I struggle with any pelvic procedures and find them upsetting. Despite my overreacting both Victoria and Elaine were calm and comforting and made me feel cared for and treated me with the up most compassion, not once did I feel a bother.

I'm very happy with the service they provided and every good interaction like this makes any examination considerably easier for me in the future.
