"Professional and friendly department"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I've been in cardiology outpatients twice in the last month. The first time was for a consultant appointment where I saw Dr Rees who was a really nice and kind man, explaining things so I'd understand them. Before seeing him though I was greeted by friendly reception staff and a HCA who was nice when taking my observations. I then saw Liam for an ECG who was polite and explained what he was doing. Dr Rees referred me for further monitoring of my heart rate so I returned for a cardiac monitor. Again the staff were nice on the desk and I saw Liam again. He was thorough in telling me everything I needed to know. Really professional and friendly department. Thanks.
