It is great to hear that you had a positive experience, feeling calm, respected and listened to. I apologise that you had difficulty finding the Waterside Hospital, and know this has been an issue for a few people. I am aware there are problems with signage which we are trying to rectify, hopefully this will be remedied soon. I have shared your feedback with our wider team as it is lovely for them to hear the positive feedback. We will endeavor to address the signage issue.

Dear Jordan K M, I have looked further into your feedback, and have realised that you attended our very capable Assistant Practitioner Angela in the Waterside Health Centre on Spencer Road. I am delighted to share your feedback with her and our wider team. I appreciate that we also have signage problems in this facility.
